RETURN POLICY
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied, we will accept returns with the following conditions:

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of product. They must be returned in original package and condition. Buyer pays all shipping charges. Full refunds will be given for the product (unless we sent the wrong item in which case we will pay shipping both ways)

Returns will be accepted for Stock items only. Special orders cannot be returned. This includes specialty length towel bars and coat racks.And powdercoated items ordered
in colors other than rust or black.
