1. How do I order if I don't have a Paypal Account?
* You can call me direct 435-279-0785 to place your order
* You can e-mail me at kotamoon@dishmail.net to place an order
* I accept over the phone Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
* I also accept cashiers checks and money orders, I will accept a personal check for totals under $20
2. What if I don't see the design I want?
* Please Contact us, we have many different designs available, many of them are not posted to the website yet. Or if we don't have it we will be happy to try and make the design of your choice.
3. Will you do Custom Work?
*YES!
4.How long do most orders take to ship?
*If it is a "Shopping cart" order we generally ship in 7-10 days (many times less) if it is a special order we will contact you and give you an estimated ship date.
5. Can your items be placed indoors/outdoors/ or in a steamy hot tub room?
*the powercoated items found in the wildlife section can. Our polished steel items are not suitable for outdoors as they will rust! Our items are powder coated, this is a baked on finish that seals to the metal. Much better than paint
6. What kind of Guarantee do you have?
* We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you recieve your item and don't like it simply send it back in the original packaging and condition within 10 days of recieving it and we will refund the purchase price of the item.(you are responsible for shipping costs both ways)
* If an error has been made on our end and we send the wrong item or color contact us immediately and we will send out a replacement and pay for shipping back on the incorrect item.
7.Do you require a deposit on special orders?
* We require a 50% deposit on all special orders to cover the computer work and material. The remaining 50% plus shipping is due before we ship. If you cancel a special order after we have started work on it there is a 25% NON REFUNDABLE fee to cover our time and materials (By the way we have NEVER had this happen)
8. Do you ever offer wholesale or contract pricing?
* Yes, if you are a business and would like to carry our products please contact us and we will send you out our wholesale price list.
* Also if you need a LOT of one item (maybe you are setting up a bed and breakfast or a lodge) Please contact us for pricing.
9. Where can I see your work?
* We have a booth in the Quilted Bear in Ogden, UT (S11 & T11)- we also do several shows thru-out the state of Utah
*You can see one of our specialty coat racks in rooms at the Christie Lodge in Avon, CO
10. Are ALL of those kids REALLY yours?

Well, yes. My husband is 42 and I am 34. The children are my stepchildren, but they are all his. He adopted the two oldest children and the four younger ones are biologically his. Although I am only their stepmother I consider them mine and they consider me theirs. The children range in age from 1 year-22 years. Our youngest is 1 year and makes #9
We also added three new members recently Our grandkids!!
